IHT Claims Instructions

 

To make a claim for out of pocket medical expenses or baggage / personal effects loss or damage claims, you can contact our claims by telephone or email, and we’ll be happy to send you a claim form.

 

You can do this by calling 317-927-6851

 

The team are available Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (UK time), excluding UK bank holidays.

 

Alternatively, you can email them at IHTclaims@imglobal.com

 

To help you they’ll need the following information:

  • Your Participant ID
  • The name of the person claiming
  • A brief note of the circumstances, so they can send you the correct claim form
  • Your up to date contact details

 

The claim form contains a list of the documents they’ll need to consider your claim. Please try to supply as much as possible. If anything is missing this could delay your claim.

 

Once received the team will assess the claim and will contact you within 10 working days for anything else required or to provide you with their final decision.

Payment Options

We accept electronic checks and credit cards via our website at the time of purchase. You may also initiate a wire transfer through your bank for certain authorized services.

Processing Fee: If you elect to use a credit card, there will a be 3% handling/credit card processing fee. In the event of your enrollment cancellation (and provided you have not already departed on your trip or filed a claim), the premium will be refunded, less the processing fee
