Do you need to report a claim?

In order for Gallagher Charitable International Insurance Services to consider and process your claim, you must complete a form specific to the type of claim.

 

To request a claim form, call our Claims Department at 800-922-8438 or e-mail at gcclaims@ajg.com. Please tell us the type of claim (medical or property) when requesting the claim form.

 

Please Note: Claims made by voicemail, fax or e-mail are not deemed received until you have written confirmation from a Claims Department staff member.

 

If you do not receive a claim form within 48 hours of your request, please contact us again.

Do you need to change your policy?

If you are insured via a group policy, you should contact your group administrator. If you are an individual policy holder, please email us at gcbenefits@ajg.com.

 

Do you have questions on your current policy?

Payment Options

We accept electronic checks and credit cards via our website at the time of purchase. You may also initiate a wire transfer through your bank for certain authorized services.

Processing Fee: If you elect to use a credit card, there will a be 3% handling/credit card processing fee. In the event of your enrollment cancellation (and provided you have not already departed on your trip or filed a claim), the premium will be refunded, less the processing fee
